Budelpack takes 2nd place in Zeeland's Family Business of the Year contest!
The award ceremony of Zeeland's Family Business of the Year took place in city theater 'De Mythe' in Goes (Netherlands) on October 22, 2019.
Zeeland has the largest number of family businesses out of all the provinces in the Netherlands. This makes these companies pivotal to the Dutch economy. Every year Zeeland Business Magazine pays extra attention to one family business in particular. They do this by issuing the very popular Zeeland’s Family Business of the Year Award.
On October 22, 2019 Budelpack took 2nd place during the very exciting finale of 'Zeeland's Family Business of the Year' contest! An achievement of which we are very proud!
This year’s central theme was ‘corporate social responsibility’. The jury appreciated Budelpack for its sustainability policy, a commitment in the past 12 years to people with a distance to the labor market, and a corporate social ‘People Power Project’ whereby Budelpack staff commits to local causes.
