Operator

Are you a proactive operator with an eye for detail? Would you like to work for a leading food co-packer where no two days are the same? Then this role is for you!

As an operator, you’ll ensure that our packaging lines continue to run at optimum efficiency. With around twenty production halls and a wide variety of packaging lines, you’ll be involved in a broad range of tasks. This means your work will be varied and challenging. You’ll be working with a diverse range of products, such as chocolate sprinkles, herb mixes, baking flour, chewing gum and pet food.

Every order is bespoke and is produced according to the specific requirements of renowned brand owners such as KraftHeinz, Unilever, Nestlé and Mars. Innovation is a top priority for us. For example, our new division, Budelfood, has a unique production line featuring 3D food printing. Here, we print (pureed) food in its natural form, specifically for people with chewing and swallowing difficulties.

You will work 32 to 40 hours per week on a two-shift rota

Day shift: 07:00 – 16:00
Evening shift: 16:00 – 00:00

You will start with an extensive induction period, focusing on training and on-the-job learning. This will enable you to become thoroughly familiar with our processes and, ultimately, to be deployed flexibly across all production lines.

The workplace is in Poortvliet, Zeeland, near the border with North Brabant.
