Food company Budelpack Poortvliet BV, one of the largest contract packers for Food brand owners in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods market, today announced the appointment of two new management positions:

Dick de Koning (1959) has been appointed as ‘Packaging Innovation Manager’ as of 1 January 2009. Dick, who held the position of Innovation Manager with Food company Heinz prior to joining Budelpack Poortvliet as a Project Manager since 1 January 2008, will focus fully on the implementation of the New Business Development-strategy. He will focus on pro-actively developing and offering new and innovative packing concepts. 

Peter Nieuwkerk (1972) has been appointed as ‘Commercial Director’. Peter, co-shareholder and employed at Budelpack Poortvliet since 2004, most recently as Sales Manager, herewith extends its current portfolio of Project Management and Account Management with Supply Chain Planning, Buying, Warehouse and Customer Service. Peter is also member of the Management Team.
