The statutory requirements for food safe packaging and packing processes are becoming increasingly stringent. Our daily responsibility is to ensure that consumers can enjoy food without having to worry about its safety. This means providing high levels of quality, safety and hygiene in every one of our 32 production areas. Our high level of quality consciousness and our constant drive to implement improvements offer you the certainty of a reliable, food safe packaging process.
In order to prevent cross-contamination we utilise strictly separated packaging areas and nut-free zones all of which feature individual temperature, air pressure and humidity control. Our 32 packaging zones meet the highest quality and food safety requirements. We are SKAL certified, work in accordance with the BRC/IFS principles as well as packaging in line with both kosher and halal requirements.
A food safety plan for every packaging project
Our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality department draws up an HACCP food safety plan for every assignment and packaging project. We analyse the critical issues on a project-by-project basis. Determine the risk and severity, conceptualise solutions and implement modifications so that safety and hygiene are 100% guaranteed. We make no concessions in this respect.
Intensive employee quality training
We regularly provide hygiene procedure and law & regulation training to our employees. They have recently completed the 1.5 year E-learning programme supported by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. This programme focuses on structurally improving, among other things, labour conditions and production efficiency as well as pro-activity and active co-conceptualisation.
